Taabbel’s goal is to produce food in a high uniformly quality, which meets the applicable legal regulations and regulatory requirements for food safety, as well as be consistent with the agreed specifications, requirements and expectations from our customers.
Taabbel’s food safety system is built on HACCP principles, supervised and verified by our own Q&A. The Danish Health Authorities has uninterruptedly rated Taabbel at the Elite-Smiley level, since 2009.
Taabbel is certified by the GFSI approved ISO standard for food safety, FSSC 22000.
Furthermore, we have since 2009 been certified for Chain of Custody standard for sustainable fishing, MSC. This certification, was later complemented by Chain of Custody standard for sustainable Aquaculture, ASC.
