Taabbel’s food safety system is built on HACCP principles, supervised and verified by our own Q&A. The Danish Health Authorities has uninterruptedly rated Taabbel at the Elite-Smiley level, since 2009.
Furthermore, we have since 2009 been certified for Chain of Custody standard for sustainable fishing, MSC.
